Two days after surgery and Whit's surgical sites look really good. Today she was able to remove her bandages and shower. Now she only has to cover the sutures with small band-aids. She says that she already can feel a difference in her knees from before the surgery; there's no pain under her knee-caps and it's not grinding anymore; "feels smooth," she says. DAY 2 POST SURGERY

ReplyDeleteI just came across your post doing research on patella realignment surgery, which I have to have in both knees. Im wondering if this is the kind of surgery that you had? And if so, how did you talk your doctor into operating on both knees at the same time? I was told that this is highly frowned upon, but would love to get both done at the same time and just get it over with. Any regrets having both knees done simultaneously? Any information you ave would be great!
